Cash Purchase. Paid in full throughout the building process for custom buildings and on delivery for inventory. This program eliminates the hassle of a monthly payment as well as the monthly interest. The completed building comes with a full one-year warranty.

Operating Lease. Two to six year term on custom buildings and three months to six-year term on inventory buildings. The building will be under warranty for the entire lease period. You return the building when it is no longer needed. No responsibility of ownership.

Finance Lease. Acquire full ownership after the last payment is made.

Municipal Lease. Acquire full ownership after the last payment is made. There is usually no initial cash outlay or down payment with this option.

Lease with Purchase Option. One to six-year term, locking into a predetermined purchase price.
